Pole Drop Ins

Come drop by to learn spins, tricks, and dance flow! We offer a variety of drop-in classes ranging from pole to chair and others! New students to the studio who have taken classes elsewhere can test into this level; please reach out to the studio to schedule an evaluation

  • Intro to Pole

    This 60min class is for students who have never taken a pole class before and want to try something new!

  • Pole Heels

    This 60min class is for students who have taken an intro to pole class before and want to try some moves in heels!

  • Level 1&2

    This 60min class is for beginner students who have taken intro to pole or more than 1 pole class

  • Level 3&4

    This 60min class is for students who completed L2/ L3 & are ready to learn more grips & inversions.

  • Pole Flow

    Learn to move on, around, and off the pole while also practicing stringing tricks and transitions together into a fluid and seamless pole flow. All Levels Welcome

  • Flex & Stretch

    Improve your strength, while also learning tips to increase your static and active flexibility. All Levels Welcome

  • Chair Flow

    Learn a variety of sexy floor and chair moves and skills to incorporate in a sensual, fluid chair sexy flow. All Levels Welcome

  • Open Pole Play

    Reserve your own pole for dedicated practice with an instructor available for spotting those tricky moves or for any questions! All Levels Welcome

November 22nd

Roll Out: Intro to Rolls, Slides, and More! (Int) (Lyra)

*Must be able to invert from sitting in the hoop

Ready to work on more dynamic moves likes rolls, slides, and drops?! Then this workshop is for you! We’ll do some skills from the top of the lyra and some from the bottom so make sure you can safely invert.

Dress in layers –something to cover your back and elbows is key!

Tricks include: parrot roll, lion roll, slides (”baby” drops)

Use Your Butt: Low-Flow, Pole-Assisted Body Part Balances (Int)

*Should be safely inverting or willing to try!

Love working the base but running out of ideas? Learn Colleen’s favorite ground-based tricks using your butt, your forearm, knee pits, and other body parts to hold onto the pole while never going higher than standing.

Tricks include: floor steel panther, floor sneaky-V, violator, forearm stands, and more!
