Drop Ins

Come drop by to learn spins, tricks, and dance flow! We offer a variety of drop-in classes ranging from pole to chair, Lyra and others! New students to the studio who have taken classes elsewhere can test into this level; please reach out to the studio to schedule an evaluation

  • Intro to Pole

    This 60min class is for students who have never taken a pole class before and want to try something new!

  • Pole Levels (Level-Based Pole)

    Progressive, curriculum-based pole classes to build technique and strength step-by-step. Expect spins, grips, climbs, transitions, and (as you level up) controlled inverts and more advanced moves. New-to-our-studio students with prior experience may be able to test into a level; contact us for an evaluation.

  • Pole Flow

    Learn to move on, around, and off the pole while also practicing stringing tricks and transitions together into a fluid and seamless pole flow. All Levels Welcome

  • Pole Heels

    Pole and heels technique focusing on specific moves on lines and flow. Classes may include sensual floorwork, transitions, and low-flow choreography to build control, style, and performance quality. Knee pads encouraged; heels optional when appropriate.

  • Floorwork/ Low Flow

    A dance-focused class exploring grounded movement, rolls, waves, and transitions with an emphasis on flow, control, and confidence. This class is useful for building fluidity alongside pole and heels training. All levels welcome.

  • Chair Flow

    Learn a variety of sexy floor and chair moves and skills to incorporate in a sensual, fluid chair sexy flow. All Levels Welcome

  • Flex, Stretch & Conditioning (Virtual)

    Supportive training classes designed to build mobility, active flexibility, and strength where dancers need it most; core, glutes, shoulders, back, and legs. Expect focused stability work, smart progressions, and injury-prevention training, with options for every body at every level.

  • Open Pole Play

    Reserve your own pole for dedicated practice with an instructor available for spotting those tricky moves or for any questions! All Levels Welcome

  • Lyra

    Discover the art of aerial hoop with our Intro to Lyra class! Designed for beginners, this class focuses on building strength, body awareness, and confidence while learning basic mounts, poses, and transitions. No experience needed.
